Halia Group is a boutique destination management company on Koh Samui. We design and run programs for international agencies, incentive houses, and corporate teams. The kind of work that requires a real partner on the ground, not a vendor passing rates back and forth on email.
The brand is built on three decades of relationships in Thailand — with the hotel general managers, the boat captains, the chefs, the activity operators, the licensing offices, and the local authorities you actually need to know to deliver a flawless program. That institutional knowledge is the moat. The brand is just how we package it.
We work with a small number of agencies and corporate buyers each year. We’d rather get every program right than chase volume. Most engagements begin with an inbound brief, run through a proposal-and-quote phase, and end with a program executed by us and a small team of trusted partners on the island.

Cancellation policies follow each underlying supplier’s terms. We publish them in writing alongside every proposal so there are no surprises later.

USD, EUR, GBP, or Thai baht, settled via wire transfer, Wise Business, or local arrangement. We adapt to your finance team’s preferred billing structure, not the other way around.

Someone from Halia is present for the full duration of every program: at arrival, at every key transition, and at the closing dinner. No subcontractor disappears.
