Retreats are quieter programs than incentives. We tilt heavily toward private villa sourcing, in-house F&B, and minimal external logistics so the group can think.

Every retreat is shaped around the group’s working agenda, not the other way around. This is illustrative.

Day 1

Arrival

Private transfers, villa check-in, group dinner with the in-house chef. Optional welcome briefing.

Day 2

Working day

Morning strategy session. Long lunch on the deck. Afternoon free for walks, swims, or one-on-ones. Quiet dinner at the villa.

Day 3

Working + experience day

Morning session. Afternoon catamaran day with the group. Anchor in a quiet bay, swim, lunch on the boat, sunset on the way back.

Day 4

Working + dispersal

Morning session and program close. Late lunch. Departures on a staggered schedule, with staff handling every transfer.

Group size

Built for 10 to 40 pax.

Above 40 the format starts to feel less like a retreat and more like an incentive program. At which point we shift formats and tell you so.
