We focus on designing exceptional incentive journeys, executive retreats and corporate experiences in Koh Samui. By concentrating on a select number of programs each year, we’re able to provide the attention, creativity and on-the-ground execution that memorable events demand.
Incentive Travel
Multi-day reward programs for sales teams, channel partners, and high-performers. Hotel block coordination, ground transport, gala dinners, and the ‘wow’ moments your group will remember a decade later.

Event Production
Bookable as a layer inside any program, or as a standalone engagement.
Gala dinners on private beaches. Themed evenings under canvas. Team programs that don’t feel like team building. AV and production for keynote moments. We work with a single trusted Bangkok-based production partner and a roster of local entertainers, chefs, and stylists.
Content & Production
The recap is the program’s longest-running deliverable.
Recap photography and video are edited within two weeks of program close. We custom-build AV for keynote moments, design gala sets, and source branded welcome kits and printed collateral that are on-property by check-in.
The visual record is as considered as the program itself, and it does the recognition work that drives next year’s qualification. Most of our incentive clients spend more on the recap reel’s internal screening than on the gala band.

Every program follows the same engagement structure. Transparent at each step, with no surprises on terms, timeline, or supplier costs.
Brief & qualification
You send the group profile, dates, and goals. We come back within 48 hours with an honest read on whether Samui fits.
Concept & quote
If we’re a good fit, we draft a tailored program: itinerary, suppliers, and a transparent line-item quote.
Confirmation & deposit
Suppliers are secured on receipt of a 30% deposit, with documented cancellation terms attached to every booking.
On-the-ground delivery
Someone from Halia is on-island for the full program, from arrival transfers to the closing dinner.
