Best routing is Dubai-Bangkok direct on Emirates or Thai (~6.5 hours), connection BKK-USM on Bangkok Airways. Same-day routing is comfortable for most groups given the modest jet lag. Emirates' frequent BKK schedule offers good flexibility on departure timing.

Middle Eastern corporate calendar runs differently from western markets. The prime program months are December through April when Gulf weather is moderate and most regional executives travel. Ramadan moves about 11 days earlier each year and currently falls inside that window (mid-February to mid-March in 2026, and early February to early March in 2027), so programs usually avoid those weeks. Many Gulf teams also prefer to travel during the Gulf summer, when Dubai itself is hot.

Day 2 morning workshops or beach time, afternoon Ang Thong catamaran. Day 3 morning yoga or spa rotation, afternoon at leisure, awards gala on cliffside terrace at sunset with full AV. Day 4 morning brunch, afternoon departures USM-BKK-DXB arriving Dubai same evening. The UAE moved to a Saturday and Sunday weekend in 2022, so running the same four days Thursday to Sunday costs participants only two working days.
